payment & indemnity for camp.

hello canoeists!

Here is just some stuff you should take note for payment & indemnity forms for camp.
Those who have not taken an indemnity form & wish to join the camp, please contact one of the following people (me, chin chong, wei zheng or jia ying) and get the form from him/her by tuesday (080507).
The latest you can make payment for the camp is wednesday(090507), and all indemnity forms must be in by then as well. after wednesday, we will not be accepting anymore forms because by then it would be too late to order food for you guys. so please cooperate w/ us! :)
As for those that asked whether you can book in late, yes you can, but at least try to book in latest by friday night. As for booking out halfway, the answer is no. If you really really really have to, inform either me or chin chong before the whole camp & we'll try to work something out.

more details bout the camp will be put up at a later date, but for now, go dig out your old school uniform :)
