everyone put up a great fight for the gold. so no regrets people. no more tears. we've brought ourselves so much further than last year, & thats what matters. it's proven that all our countless hours of training have lead us to something bigger. :) i hope we have all learnt alot from this competition & dont give up!

also, a big thank you to all our fellow NACC people (alumni, juniors, sprinters) for coming down and giving us support. it meant alot to us.

and SO for now, everyone take a breather.
then it's back to training! cause we should never settle for less than the best. :) JIA YOU!
