Normal training resumes. Water training on weekends as usual. Be there by 830 sharp on both days. I expect everyone to turn up as National Kayaking Marathon is confirmed and we have only 1month+ to train up.
I will be implementing a new rule for late comers:
10 pushups per min late. The whole team will do together.
(eg. brian late 10 mins, whole team do 100 pushups)
Please bring shoes for running.
