This is just a reminder for those who wanna join sprinting.
Please turn up for sea training this saturday, 8.30am at Kallang Mrt Station.
We'll only give 15mins grace, so by 8.45am we don't see you, YOU GO YOURSELF AHHH.

To bring list (for the benefit of those who didn't turn up last week):
1. Change of clothes + Towel (DONT SHOWER WE DONT EAT TOGETHER AH)
2. Shower stuff (shampoo, soap)
3. 1.5L water bottle!
4. YOURSELF.
It will most likely end at about 1 plus 2 like that, then we'll have lunch together!
