As stated before, the sprint training camp would be held on the last week of the 2 weeks break. Attendence is compulsory for ALL sprinters, year 1 - 3. Please make this camp your priority if you want to stay in the team. If you can't make it and have valid excuses, feel free to inform your captains. Contacts can be found at the side of the blog.
date : 19-21 June 2008.
time : 4pm at snack bar(19th), will probably end at noon on the 21th.
*food will not be provided.
things to bring:
-4 sets of training kits.
-undergarments
-jackets
-towels
-hangers if you want.
-toiletries
-running shoes with at least 2 pairs of socks
-slippers
-sleeping bag
-shoe bag
-personal medications
-sun block
-tights for swimming/rowing
-gloves/goggles
-1.5litres water bottle
-wallet/ezlink/handphone
-entertainments, at your own risk
-anything you feel its necessary
