SPRINTERS' holiday schedule

Hello all sprinters!

Here are the details for your holiday's training schedule. It requires A LOT of commitment, and for those who were at training today (saturday), you'd have known that Junhan has already stressed that these two weeks are crucial as the seniors will be closely monitoring your attendance, effort and progress. As mentioned today, only VALID reasons will be accepted and please let either Junhan or Lawrence know in advance, if possible, that you can't make it for any of the trainings.
We
believe in you guys, so please prove your worth and endure!


Seniors, no excuses for you guys either. Punishment for punctuality will be carried out accordingly, and attendance wise, those who do not hit 75%, do not even need to consider joining the upcoming competitions. Please go to gmail for more details on what we'll be doing during trainings.

SHOES ARE COMPULSORY FOR EVERY SINGLE TRAINING.
We'll be doing land AND sea trainings in Kallang, so be prepared.
Wednesdays, please wear swimming attire/singlet/shorts whatever you feel comfy in, cos we'll be swimming before land training.

11th June Wed - 3pm School (Swimming pool)
12th-14th June (Thurs-Sat) - CFOC (NO TRG)
15th June Sun - 830am SDBA (ONLY YEAR2s&3s)

16th June Mon - 830am SDBA
17th June Tues - 830am SDBA
18th June Wed - 3pm School (Swimming pool)
19th June Thurs - 4pm Snack Bar (SPRINT TRG CAMP *Overnight)
20th June Fri - SPRINT TRG CAMP
21st June Sat - 830am SDBA
22nd June Sun - 830am (ONLY YEAR2s&3s)

For the training camp, it'll be just one night and the whole of the next day, so bring your clothes/stuff according to your own judgement. Please let JH know by Wed if you'll be able to turn up or not. We'll have tonnes of fun admist all the training, guaranteed! (:
