To all sprint juniors,
Saturday's trng will start at 11am. It has been hot these few days, so bring a 1.5l water bottle along. If the seniors r late, pls wait for them to finish their trngs.
To sprint seniors,
Trng will start at 8.30am. Competition's coming, so give ur best during trngs.
