Due to some still having CT on saturday, We will resume training on monday, 14th june 2010. Monday's land training will start at 6pm. Don't be late! The tentative training schedule for holidays will be shown below.
For Sprint Juniors:
Monday: Land training 6pm
Tuesday: Rest Day
Wednesday: Sea slot 8.30am, Land training 5.30pm
Thursday: Rest Day
Friday: Sea slot 8.30am
Saturday: Sea slot 8.30am
Sunday: Rest Day
For Sprint Seniors:
Monday: Land training 6pm
Tuesday: Sea slot 8.30am
Wednesday: Sea slot 8.30am, Land training 5.30pm
Thursday: Sea slot 8.30am (Optional)
Friday: Sea slot 8.30am
Saturday: Sea slot 8.30am
Sunday: Sea slot 8.30am
Juniors that want to clock extra rowing mileage are welcome to join the seniors for trainings, but do note that we will not have much time for you.
Seniors, you are expected to clock at least 5 sea slots per week. Those year 2s taking part in SIWF, you guys better train hard within these 2 weeks. Your seniors sacrificed their slots to let you take part, so make sure you don't disappoint them.
