Mon: Land training at 6pm
Tues: Sea slot at 9am
Wed: Sea slot at 9am
Thurs: Rest Day
Fri: Sea slot at 9am
Sat: Sea slot at 9am
Sun: Sea slot at 9am
There is no training on Monday, 9th august. Details for training camp will be up soon. It will most probably be on the second week.
